AIDS In the Workplace
This programme is designed to assist employers and employees in recognizing and understanding the issues of HIV/AIDS in the work environment. We can provide presentations to Human Resources Departments, general staff with the view to the development of a policy on HIV/AIDS that is tailor-made to each business. Click Here for more info.
Pamphlets & Posters
A variety of printed information on the basic facts of AIDS & HIV safer sex practices new treatments and how to help friends with AIDS and those living with HIV is available. You can pick up our pamphlets in doctor's offices clinics bars sports centres schools or at our office. If you would like to see our material displayed at a location of your preference please do not hesitate to call us so that we may deliver pamphlets to your doctor school or office.
Videos
A number of videotapes on AIDS and HIV-related subjects are available through the Foundation Office and can be loaned to you or viewed at or office.
Lifestyle Support Line
The Foundation continues to operate a Hotline (295-0002) during normal business hours (9 - 5) on weekdays. Trained staff can answer your questions and provide information on:
- HIV/AIDS
- Treatment therapy options
- Referrals to legal medical social and pastoral services

Support Groups
Support groups bring together people with similar problems or issues to share ideas. The Foundation currently supports or facilitates two groups - one for people who are infected with HIV/AIDS and another for gay men on the island. In the near future (January 2003) we plan to start a new support group for the care-givers families friends and loved-ones of people who are infected with HIV. Peer Education Programme
Peer Educators are teenagers who have been trained by us to speak with their peers about the issues that affect them on a daily basis. If you have a child who may be interested in this programme or want to become a part of our team please click here more information about the programme.
Speakers
If you would like a speaker to address the issue of HIV/AIDS at your church school business or community group please call us. We have fully trained speakers who can conduct seminars suited to your audience - large or small - with PowerPoint presentations posters and printed information.
